Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We no longer have a minimum order requirement. 


My Priority Mail package has not arrived and it's been 2 weeks! Why?

Priority Mail generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery. However, if your order includes lithium batteries it may take 3-4 weeks for delivery due to restrictions for air transport by the FAA. 


Are your batteries fresh and new?

Yes. We buy directly from the manufacturer in most cases, so our batteries are fresh and new. We do not sell recycled batteries and any returns that have been opened are sold on clearance and specified as opened packaging. 


Do you offer Net 30 payment terms for business customers? 

Yes, we require businesses to fill out a credit application, and government entities to fill out a profile form. The application for businesses takes 3-5 business days for processing on average and government profile forms generally are turned around within 2 business days. Do you recycle batteries?

Yes, we participate locally in the free battery recycling program offered by Recyling Patrol of Berrien County. However, to save you the shipping costs of shipping batteries for us to recycle, you can also find a local recycling provider that will take your old rechargeable batteries for recycling. 


Why is my credit card being declined?

We have had some customers that are using a valid credit card get declined by PayPal. When this occurs PayPal must be contacted by the card holder at (402) 935-2050 to resolve the issue of why PayPal is blocking the credit card. You can also phone in your order during normal business hours at +1 (800) 624-8681 and we can attempt to run the card through another payment gateway if necessary.


Can you ship collect on my UPS account?

Yes. Provide us with your UPS account number and the billing zip code for the account in the customer order notes section of the check out process. Once the account number has been verified by UPS we will remove the shipping costs from your order and ship it on your UPS account. The UPS account number will then be added to your customer record and all future orders placed in that registered account will automatically ship collect on your UPS account.
